Orders are placed through the WooCommerce checkout system.

An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected abuse of the free book offer
  • Errors in postage pricing
  • Stock unavailability
  • Technical or payment issues

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund of the postage and packaging charge will be issued.

7. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order for postage and packaging only.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal via the WooCommerce checkout system. We do not store payment card details or financial information.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and postal services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal providers, customs processes, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the books passes to you upon delivery.

As the books are provided free of charge, arthurburt.com does not offer refunds for any orders.

If you wish to return books, you may do so at your own cost. Returned items must be unused and in reasonable condition. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, including where books are returned.

We reserve the right to refuse or discard returned items that are damaged, incomplete, or returned without prior contact.
