Trustpilot is a platform that collects and displays reviews from consumers about businesses, to help consumers make informed choices. We thank God for all these tools made available to us in our modern world, but as Believers, we should always seek to be dependent on allowing God to have the final word of direction. The Holy Spirit is my divine Trustpilot living inside of me. He will only witness to truth. I can rely on Him.
I know when I make a wrong move because He withdraws His peace. I may not understand some of the ways He directs me at the time, but I can trust Him. He is totally dependable. There is always a responsibility on my side to obey the direction given and walk in truth.
How much greater to go to the Holy Spirit for confirmation, the greatest Trustpilot, who will guide our lives always on the line of truth. If I do take a wrong path the only exit is to walk through the door of humility, repent, take the blame and admit I was wrong. Jesus is the Restorer of our lives. In the economy of God, all our mistakes can be learning curves when embraced in humility. Jesus paid the price at Calvary to redeem all our mistakes. When we walk in humility, the School of Life with all its experiences, becomes our practical Bible School as we seek to know Jesus more. To know Him is to love Him, to love Him is to serve Him, always seeking to please Him in our thoughts and acts.
2 Timothy 2:4 warns us not to get entangled with the affairs of this life. Jesus prayer for His disciples and all who would come to believe on Him, (John 17), reminds us we are IN the world, but not OF it, just as He was. We serve the greatest Master. As we navigate the situations of our daily lives, it is so easy to react negatively. How often we have become entangled emotionally, endeavoured to go through closed doors producing strife, only to find that God has been working on our behalf behind the scenes producing an end result we could never have imagined. There are times when God requires of us when we have done all, to stand, (Ephesians 6:13). Let go and let God! Let God be true and do His work. There is a maturity that can only come on our journey with the Lord as we learn to trust Him with our lives.
Let us continue to seek the Lord to show us the difference between what is true, and the false. The false is ALWAYS based on a lie.
Fear is always based on a lie. Deal with fear, and fear stays near. Deal with the lie, and fear will die! Nail the devil’s lies and let God be true.
Let us journey on listening to the voice of direction, our divine Trustpilot, remembering this: Our dependency must always be in the Lord Jesus, never in our own abilities, works, or the fact that we have been on the road for a considerable time. Humility is always key, for that is the nature of the Son of God, our Pattern Man.
The man who has a big God is little in his own eyes. But the man who comes to know God as He really is, is nothing in his own eyes.
If I am too big to be led, then I am too little to lead!
We all need to stay connected to the Body of Christ somewhere. There is safety in the Body. If I am independent of anyone, I am in pride believing I do not need others, and God will resist me. 1 Peter 5:5 “…….all of you be subject one to another and be clothed with humility. For God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble”.
Only when we come to the end of trusting in ourselves, will we discover the available life of Another, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. He waits for us to step down from the throne of our heart, and crown Him as King there. A Christ ruled heart produces His life of peace, joy and direction – our divine Trustpilot.
